Where you use supported communication workflows, we may process communication-related information connected to Instagram, WhatsApp, and email, including message content, metadata, timestamps, handles, and sync or status information.

We may automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and interaction or diagnostic logs.

4. AI Features
Infloxy includes AI-assisted features that may analyze authorized workspace data, communication data, and workflow context in order to generate summaries, suggestions, follow-ups, drafts, and other productivity assistance.
These AI features are designed to support your team's workflow. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by users before being relied on or sent externally.
To provide certain AI-assisted features, Infloxy may send relevant workspace, communication, and workflow data to third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf.
We do not use customer workspace data to train public general-purpose AI models.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable under EU or UK data protection law, we process personal information on one or more of the following bases:
- to perform a contract or take steps at your request before entering into a contract;
- for our legitimate interests, including operating, improving, securing, and supporting the service;
- with your consent, where consent is required; and

- account and workspace information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and support the customer relationship;
- demo requests, contact requests, and early-access submissions may be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal, compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes;
- technical logs, security logs, and analytics data may be retained for shorter periods depending on operational needs and vendor settings.
Where we cannot state a fixed retention period, we determine retention based on the type of data, the purpose for which it was collected, contractual needs, legal obligations, and security requirements.
